I ate 4,700 yesterday and I'm on 1800. its 1 day, I am not going to beat myself up about it or it will spiral in to the whole week being that way. Be kind to yourself, you are human after all. Hopefully today I will stick to the 1800 as planned in my diary. Have a good day x

If you followed slimming world to the letter (and yes I have done) then with 8 stone to lose you still would have lost so I have to say you were not doing it correctly. Your scale is right. 2.2lb = 1kg so..... 11 stone is 154lbs plus 7lbs (11 st 7lbs) = 161lbs 161lbs divided by 2.2lbs (or 1 kilo) = 73.181818kgs or 73.1kgs or 73.2kgs if you round up or down
