This wont let me select my target calorie goal

I love this app and all but I am not going to get to where I need to be with a calorie count higher than 800. With my body and height, I need to lose the weight now and this app wont let me select, therefore it wont show my progress. Is there any way to avoid this?

It won't let you select lower than 1200 because it is really bad for your health to be eating less tjan that. At 4'11 I managed to lose weight eating 1200 just fine.

How tall are you, what do you weigh and how much are you trying to lose? How long have you been trying to actively lose weight? Unless you are 4'6" (and even then...) there is no way you should be aiming for 800 calories a day unless you are a bariatric patient under doctor's supervision. If you are going to say "I've tried it and I put on weight if I eat more" then you are doing something wrong. How long did you try it for? Are you using a digital scale and measuring jugs for every.single.thing. you put in your mouth? If not, then you are eating too much. What exercise do you do and how are you measuring calorie burns? You may be over-estimating how many calories you are burning. Is your diary open? If you can give us some more info we may be able to help you.
