"give me carbs lots of carbs to the starry sky above....." Eat my biggest meal between 6:00pm - 7:30pm and it's always got a big serve of carbs. I does like my carbs!

I use unsweetened roasted almond milk. I like the taste but more importantly I have to keep it in the fridge at work (I breakfast at my desk) and no-one will steal almond milk.

I do 100g dry rice as a portion, but I love me some rice!

I never feel guilty about eating pasta. I weigh 100g dry and eat that with whatever sauce I make. I want it so I make it fit my goals #simples

Personally I think the roti and curry are higher than that. How did you get to that figure?

This is why I stopped Slimming World......oh the guilt over a flippin' meat pie!

And cut to the portion or weight size you use. Most cake says "serves 8" not in my house it dont! so I can accurately reflect the real portion size I actually eat.

That was my first thought. Eat more and you wont crave. You can then fit your "cheats" in to your calorie intake that way they are no longer cheats and you don't feel guilty.
