How does one weigh themselves in the morning & take medication. I will not take medication then weigh myself because the scale on the number will read higher, how do I do it before.

Well, if you're taking the medication daily with about the same amount of water, it should balance out. But if it concerns you, just weigh yourself and then take the medication.

Unless you are taking heavy drugs I can't imagine it would make a difference.

Are you worried about the literal weight of the medication?

I’m not sure about my activity level

How much weight per week did you tell MFP you want to lose?

How much are you actually losing per week?

If those numbers match and you are eating the number of calories MFP gives you, consistently and accurately weighing (on a scale, in grams) everything you eat and measuring everything you drink, your activity level is probably correct.

If not, adjust it up or down as needed.

Note that it only works if you are consistently using MFP as intended: weighing all food, recording everything (no cheat non-logging days) eating back a some of your exercise calories, etc.
