  • Crazy busy week. So hard fitting these hour long workouts in. 2 more days till rest day. And then only 2 weeks left. I honestly haven't seen the results that I expected but I had lost all the weight I wanted to lose prior to starting insanity. I am sure I have toned some. I guess time will tell with my after pics

  • Today was Max Intervak Circuit. What a sweat!!!! My Fitbit Blaze said I burned over 400 calories. Another very exciting thing is today I did the first chin up I have ever done my I entire life. I was so excited. Still working on the pull ups.

  • Yesterday was Max Recovery. Today was Max Plyo. There is no way I can keep up with the people on the video. They are machines!!!!!
  • Was up early again this morning to get my exercise in. Today was Max Cardio Conditioning. Much like Pure Cardio but longer. Really going to be long once I start adding cardio abs to it.
  • I am drawn to P90x because I really prefer strength training over cardio. Do you think it will be a better match???? Still 60 min workouts which sucks but you gotta do what you gotta do

  • Max Interval Plyo Done. I did love all the different/new exercises. Holy Push-ups!!!!!! @MWGemini I was really tired this morning at my bright and early wake up of 5:30 and didn't push myself as hard as I should of, but at least I got up and did it.
  • Day 1 week 2 in the books. I took your advice @MWGemini and did the Fit Test as well. Feels good to be at month 2. Kinda dreading Max Interval Plyo tomorrow.
  • I am so excited to start month 2 on Monday. I can't do my videos today due to being out of town. I plan on getting some swimming and walking in. Tomorrow is rest day anyway so that's not a big deal. I doubt I will do the fitness test on Monday. Probably skipping that and just doing the video. Hard enough to fit in an hour.
  • I did cardio Power and Resistance today. I can not make myself do the same video for 6 days. Probably going to do Plyometric tomorrow and then take 2 rest days because I will be gone the weekend. Monday will be the beginning of 4 weeks of hell. LOL. I am sure I will love every sweaty, breathless minute of it.

  • Today is Rest day. I need it. I have been having the slightest pain in my right leg above my ankle this week. I am hoping a day off will help. I know I am in recovery week this week but doesnt sound like you actually recover LOL. Happy Mothers Day!!!!!

  • Plyometric Cardio Curcuit is Done and I am officially done month 1. I am very proud for sticking with it. I've been having a little trouble with my right knee and above my ankle. Hoping with rest tomorrow and Advil I can get it better. Not sure how hard recovery week is. Congrats everyone for finishing another week.
  • It is sometimes hard to fit in. That is why no matter what time I have to get up I just get up an hour early and get it out of the way for the day. Congrats on finishing up week 2. You can do this!!!! We are gonna be fitter and slimmer by summer!!!!!
  • Today was Pure Cardio and Cardio Abs. It was so nice incorporate the Fitbit. It clocked me as burning 379 calories. Tomorrow is power and resistance and the end to week 4!!!!!! I can't believe it has flown by. Next week is recovery week and then on to month 2!!!!!!
  • Well today was Cardio Recovery. I am so excited to say that my hubby got me the Fitbit blaze for Mother's Day and now I can start tracking my calorie burn better. Can't wait to exercise tomorrow.

  • I swear most of the time I have to stop its my calfs. That are killing me. I also agree the Plyometric is the hardest. I will literally be dripping sweat on the floor. I really would love to get a Fitbit so I can see a better estimate of my calorie burn. Plyometric in the books for today!!!!!!! Tomorrow is recovery.

  • @MWGemini Thanks for all the help and tips. It's nice hearing other people's advice from experience. The gum is a great idea, I can usually hear my stomach sloshing by the end of the videos.
  • That is Awesome that you pushed yourself. I have to be honest and say that I hate doing the videos the entire time I am doing it, but the feeling of accomplishment afterwards is all I need. Good Job!!!!! Keep it up!!!!
