I was at 1200 before I started insanity. I was down to 127 from 155-160. Now that I am doing insanity and I don't really want to lose anymore I have upped my calories to 1700. I do not eat back my exercise calories and I have maintained my weight for the 3.5 weeks. So I guess it depends what your goals are. I do think 1200…

Question for the insanity experts. I am in week three I still cannot do any of the workouts straight through without stopping I have to take many breaks. is this normal? Even know I have to take breaks after I'm done week 4 for should I still continue to the second month? Or should I do a few more weeks of the first month…

The first week u could barely get out of bed and down the stairs. I pushed thru it and didn't skip any workouts. Now in week 3 my calfs are still mildly sore on some days but not bad at all.

That's my favorite video so far. I like all the arm workouts in it. My legs need a break. LOL. I was actually thinking of subbing my recovery day with that video this week.

I know what you mean. I tried insanity before and only made it thru the first week. This time around I had been working and and weight training for 3 months before. I thought it would be easier. Boy was I wrong. I could barely walk the first week.

Cardio Power and Resistance today. I didn't feel like I had much energy this morning. I pushed thru and got sweaty but didn't feel u was up to my full potential. Finished week2, day 4. Tomorrow is Cardio Power and Resistance. I'm a little scared of Sat because it will be my first Cardio Abs and almost an hour work out. Guess I better start getting prepared for what's ahead

Does anyone replace the recovery day videos on Thursday with something else? I get very bored with those. I was thinking about doing pure cardio instead tomorrow.

Pylometric cardio circuit done for this morning. I hope one day I can do these workouts without having to take so many breaks. If I feel like I can't do a certain exercise any longer I at least tried to jog in place instead, to keep heart rate up.

I know what you mean @Lorraine128. Sometimes it seems better to go in blind LOL. I do Plyometric tomorrow morning. I actually really like that one even thought I can't do it all the way thru without taking extra breaks.

Pure Cardio Completed!!!!! I was hating life during the workout this morning. Plyometric Cardio tomorrow and the. REST day!!!!!! Almost Done week 1!!!!! I am not giving up on myself I am determined to finish these 9 weeks.
