I have actually read several places that exercise doesn't lower your bad cholesterol, but it does lower your good levels. Food is the most important thing when it comes to lowering it. Didn't do so well today :( had mcdonalds for breakfast and I went to dinner at my friends house and she made brownies :( I snuck in a 15 minute work out between my two jobs but it isn't enough

Well today was pi day, but I kept myself within reason! At too much during the day so no dinner tonight. Have a sore throat and I'm not feeling well but I went to the gym anyways and got in a quick workout! Ready for tomorrow!

I didn't do well at all the past week :( I haven't stuck to my calorie limit like I should have and my workouts were cut short or didn't happen a couple of days :( I'm hoping the next few days will be better. I need to get back on track. Stay away from fast food and make healthier choices.

Didn't do too well today. I wasn't able to make it under my calorie goal or make it to the gym :( I ran so many errands for my wedding (which is exactly ONE HUNDRED days away!) and they took much longer than I thought. Got 15,000 steps today! Managed to hit the gym after working and only getting 5 1/2 hours of sleep. Stayed under calorie goal too.

Had red robin for the first time for dinner. Proud to say I resisted getting what I really wanted (a juicy bacon cheeseburger) and got the turkey burger wrapped in lettuce instead. Weighed myself this morning and the scale went down :smile: down to 179.4. I don't think I will meet my goal but st. Patty's day but some progress is better than none!

Well I managed to get 15,000 steps in for the day! I also stayed under my calorie limit as well. HOPEFULLY it will get me closer to my goal.

Made it to the gym again today :smile: also managed to stay under my calorie limit. Hopefully it will reflect on the scale at my next weigh-in.

Hit the gym again today and got over my 10,000 steps. I also managed to stay under my calorie limit. Hopefully it all pays off! The first few lbs came off when I started logging with MFP again but ever since then the scale hasn't budged :(

Still no weightloss :( but I have managed to hit the gym 5 days last week and everyday this week as well. I've stayed under or close to my Calorie goal. I'm just going to keep trying. That's all I can do.

Didn't do too well this weekend. Ate more calories than I wanted to. But I did go for a nice mile and a half walk at the park with my fiancé this afternoon. Hoping for a good week this week. Ready to go back to the gym!

Managed to make it to the gym 5 days this week. Down to 179.8. Hoping to make it to 170 by St patty's day still! Hit 10,000 steps yesterday! And under calorie goal!
