I've managed to make it to the gym four days in a row now! I have hit 10,000 steps 3 out of 4 days this week. I also stayed under my calorie limit today!

Well, I crushed my steps goal and have gotten over 11,000 steps today. Still no weight loss :( BUT I have went to the gym two days in a row and stayed under my calorie limit

Worked out tonight and stayed under my calorie goal! May even make it to 10,000 steps tonight!

Today was pretty good! I have stayed under my calorie goal and me and my fiancé went on a walk through the woods! It was a great workout!

Yes! I LOVE my Fitbit! Basically, it counts my steps for the entire day and it will take away calories based on how many calories I have burned from steps and exercise. It syncs with MFP so it's great! I have the charge HR Fitbit so it's a bit more accurate than the regular Fitbit because it takes into account my heart…

Well I went over my calorie limit today. But let me tell you, we had some AMAZING steaks off the charcoal grill. Plus, I washed my car for at least probably 40 minutes hardcore without my Fitbit on, so I definitely got more steps in and calories burned than were accounted for, so I'm hoping that will even out my calories!…

Didn't even finish logging my calories for the day. Had dinner with my client at their restaurant and bakery. Had homemade spaghetti and garlic bread and an amazing German chocolate cupcake for dessert. I don't even want to know how bad. Well my goal was 179 and SW was 184. I ended up at 180.2

I struggled with these things also! But honestly, I just had to tell myself over and over that I don't need it. Eventually, after a few days off cutting late night snacks and binge eating, I felt so much better and realized that I really don't need it. A moment on the lips can mean forever on the hips! Lol

Today I stayed away from soda again! I stayed under my calorie goal. I decided to go ahead and weigh myself this morning and I had lost a little more. I plan to weigh again on Thursday. SW 184 CW 181.4 GW 179

I haven't weighed myself for a few days but I plan to weigh myself Wednesday to see where I am at. Last week there was only one day that I went over my calorie goal and still no soda!

I have the similar problem as you. I will do good for a few days and then I give in. I can never stick with it. Sometimes I just get so discouraged that I give up. But I don't want to do that anymore!
