I hear you, I have about 15 to go after putting on some weight over the holidays and it seems to have stalled out much to my frustration...No advice other than to keep doing what you did to lose those initial pounds and have faith! I'm in this with you!

I started out at 283lbs, and I was on 200mcg. I'm currently 160 and at 150mcg, and the doctor said I may drop down a little more yet depending on how much more weight I lose.

Be careful, due to the stress on their growing joints they recommend not running with your pup until they are at least 1, 2yo for bigger breeds

Plan your meals ahead of time. I don't even bring money with me to work to eliminate the capability of ordering food when everyone else does.

My birthday is in less than a week, and my goal was to be at 250. Thursday's weigh in put me at 254, so I'll probably just miss it...however with no clothes on (I usually weigh fully dressed) I was at 249, so I'm still giving myself credit!

My goal for May is to lose 7lbs...initially I was hoping for that to be my mid-may goal, but due to a week of stalled weight loss, it seems a little out of reach to lose that much in 2 weeks!
