I gained forty at my desk job in three years. I am changing my life style now so I can lose weight and then maintain while chained to my desk most of the day! I wish I had a standing desk option so I could stand for half the day or so.

I have no other ideas either. Filling out my tracker 5 times a week seems doable.

I made a protein pancake recipe from Blogilates for breakfast yesterday and I have to say I approved! It was super filling, and I felt like I was eating my comfort food. I will make them going forward when I make my family their traditional pancakes.

I would SO put eggs on grits or potatoes. I love a runny egg on shredded hash browns! That is not on plan right now but forsure will be on a weekend breakfast agenda in the future!

Well I finalllly saw the scale move! Broke 240 and I am sitting at 239.4. Week three is THE WORST. Anyone further along in their journey that can think of some other plateaus they came across?

I still only wash every two to three days. In the summer I may have to do it more, at least get it rinsed. My hair is so dry I just have to live with sweaty hair for a day or two.

I hate that. I wish all my fights could be midday. That way I am awake enough, and have time to calm down/find a resolution before bed time.

Third week is the WORST. Try not to get discouraged. This is a very very common result. I have the exact same stats. Week one 4 lbs, week two 2 lbs, and this week nothing.

This is the story of my life right now! I feel like I am eating soooo much! But it is so much salad, veggies, protein, good fats, etc. Honestly, I have never been happier since I quit "dieting"

I am doing intermittent fasting on the days I see my trainer. I already mourned my no breakfast tomorrow. First meal will be lunch at noon.

KIND bars are pretty yummy. My favourite is the almond cashew. It tastes like icecream to me.

I am 5'8" and I actually gained this much weight in the past year. I would say that most of my clothing just fit worse. When I lose the weight I didn't change sizes but my clothing fit better. If that makes sense. I would say that at 215 I jump from a 16 to a solid 14 (at say Old Navy more like a 16 at Loft)

I binge too. I have been binge free for over two weeks! I think that is an accomplishment. A couple of things I think have helped me in this time are: 1. Drinking a lot of water.
