I am sorry you feel this way. I honestly think it's because you feel that you are "forced" to do this as if it's that annoying job you have to go to just to pay the bills. . This should be an adventure, it really is a mind game. You have to focus on your goals and see the happy end result in order to get that motivation…

Hi! I am the QUEEN on plateau knowledge. I did plateau twice during the last 2 years.. it sucks. Looking at your workout I would recommend the following or try this for 2 weeks and see how you feel! As a warm up do only 5-10 minutes of a fast paced cardio, split up your muscle groups so for example Monday - LEGS, TUESDAY-…

Although the sugars in fruit and desserts are the SAME.. there are benefits to eating fruit oh like.. vitamins, antioxidants and water! Whereas in desserts it's all VOID. I don't have sugars at all even in fruits during contest prep but I sure do love my sweets afterward in a healthy moderation, of course. Just remember…

I would definitely try to increase your protein and lessen your carbs and fats. Include them, just not as much. If you are working out 5 days + per week you are not eating enough. 1200 calories is not enough. You cannot spot reduce any area.. you just have to keep on pushing on your cardio workouts and the fat will go…

I have been there where I despised jumping on that thing in the morning.. but a few of the other posters said the same thing I was thinking. You have to face the struggles no matter how bad it may appear to you. Just face it, if you face these issues head it it will be so much better for you to fight it. It will take a…

Of course everyone is different.. but from personal experience, I did a lot of cardio, averaging about 15-30 miles per week for a 4 month peiord. I sure did lose fat but I became skinny fat.. Flabby skin but looked great in clothes. I then incorporated weight training and it helped my overall body composition. If I could…

Hey! Don't feel bad, if he picks on you tell him he needs to gain weight! ;) 6 months is a safe enough time to healthily lose that! In 2011 it took me 4 months to lose 40 pounds, became pregnant in 2012 then it took me 5 months to lose 50. Diet is most of your results. I started with light weight workouts with a lot of…

Hi! I have been flexible all my life until I turned 35. Haha! I noticed my muscles became more grainy and so I now stetch after my workouts every other day. My husband is not flexible at all and he stretches every day and it still doesn't de to help. A friend of mine that is a physical therapist suggests stretching after…

Hey, I was in the same boat. I used to run only in the dark so no one could see me. I would quit on myself repeatedly. I used to do slow steady jogs on time and every other day I increased the previous time by 1 minute. I lost a lot of my weight by running, pure cardio.. which caused me to be labeled "skinny fat" so I…
