  • I like spinning classes... but I've found if I do a spin class the day BEFORE a C25K run I die halfway through, I'm better if I do one the day after with a break after that day. I've also recently asked my gym about a personal trainer for weight training so should be starting that soon.
  • At the weekend I attempted W5R2... I was hesitant because I've been struggling a bit and I started to lose motivation for this and began to get bored. At the end of this run however I was amazed that I actually ran for 8 minutes at a time!! And it gave me my motivation back :smiley:

I felt ready to go onto run 2 ..... but now I haven't been running for 2 weeks I had a cold that turned out to be tonsillitis and laryngitis finished off with conjunctivitis last week!
