  • Yes, it gives you a minimum of 1200 if you put in your stats and how much per week to lose. You can however over ride that at any time. In the app mlp click on goals and then calorie and macronutrients and type whatever number you like. It accepts it and doesn't give you any warnings.
  • I watched this back in April here in the UK. The calorie burn test is very subjuctive! If I remember correctly it was 1 hour gym workout vs the morning cleaning the whole house.
