It is hard for women to weight themselves. We tend to fluctuate more then men do. Thank you time of the month...... That is why is better to not weight yourself every day. Or if you do then take a weekly average instead. It can drive you crazy otherwise!

I do try to add eggs in during the week when I can. And they do help a lot when I do. Some days though it is hard to get up lol. Also I commute so something quick or something I could make to drink on the go would be helpful. These are all great suggestions everyone! I am definitely going to look into these!

I am a volume eater too. That is why I have been filling half my plate with veggies first and then adding anything else that might go with the meal. This way most of the meal is veggies. Of course log and weight everything but this helps. Also you can try and trick your brain if you use smaller plates. So far it seems to…

My Aunt is going to drop off some hand weights and a yoga mat for me on Friday. Once I have those I am going to start Jillian's 30 Shred. I am also doing the 30 day thigh challenge. There are a ton of different ones out there so you always have something to do at home every month!

I want to start some sort of 30 day challenge tomorrow. And complete it. Just so I know I can do it. Doesn't really matter how much I loose doing it. I just want to work up my activity level a bit. Oh and not binge eat the Easter candy that my mom got me. Thankfully the hubby to be is doing that all on his own :p
