We went to boston pizza and i got a lb of buffalo wings and a side caesar ... But then i decided to live a little and get another lb of wings - i tracked it all, definetly my cals by 1000 for the day but not stressing it! First valentines i can remember where i didnt binge on chocolate so ill call it a win !

Thank u so much everyone for such great opinions and advice - i was planning on a water and coffee only type day with some protein and fat for dinner for a day to help get back on track and then back to bacon and eggs for breakfast tomorrow !

Thats amazing! I plan on doing something similar when i hit my first 20 lost on keto - just a small treat meal. I totally agree with others though, eating non lchf foods now doesnt always sound appealling to me as i like to see purple on my pee stick Lol

The gain has now turned into a 0.2 loss .... So from 268.8 to 271.0.yesterday back down to 268.6 this am - only change is that i ate a ton of bacon and avo for dinner and bumped up my calories. Your support on this post truly helped me not to fall off the wagon completely yesterday - i now trust the process!!

Such great feedback - thank you all! I was looking at my diary and saw a number of days where i was close to 800 cals so that could have been a factor too. I bumped to 1500 today with lots of fat to try and switch up things . Im going to look into many of the resources posted. Thank you!
