When I avoided eating bread and pasta and other carbs I felt starved and eventually binged. I eat 1 toast a day and some pasta for lunch and I dont feel deprived and I'm losing weight. I dont suggest cutting those foods out they give you energy.

I'm 5'4 my goal weight is 145-150. There's nothing wrong with being smaller I just prefer to be a bit thicker then 110-130.

I don't usually but most people say they eat half of their calories back. Sometimes I'll eat maybe 150 cals back out of 450 that I burn.

I'll go out to eat once I meet a short term goal for my weight loss. Right now I'm tring to get under 200lbs (25lbs to go) Once I reach 199 I'm going to Olive garden to celebrate, it's my favoriteeee! Next will be 175, then 150. I don't really have the need to go out to eat like that but it is tastey.

I weigh myself every morning but I think I'll cut down to once a week. I just feel daily weigh ins keep me on track.

thanks! I also wrap them separately in sandwhich bags then again in freezer bags. If I could just cook all my chicken that ill need for the month, this would be alot easier on me.

"They"? Mfp gave me 156 but Ive been told that eating lower carbs helps with faster weight loss. I just wanted to know from people who have loss a nice amount of weight if they consumed more or less than me

Well I dont really feel starved. Once I did and ate another yogurt then went to bed but usually I'm so sleepy that my sleepiness trumps my hunger. But really I felt ok. not starved but not full... I lost about 40lbs ....then gained it back because I fell off.

ahhh yes Me and Mcdonalds are... I mean were, the best of friends. Its said that your biggest meal should be breakfast, but I dont see anything wrong with your way. You stop eating hours before you sleep so its all the same.

I loveee sweets so to calm my cravings I bring a yoplait light yogurt to work everyday. I usually ate my dinner around 2or 3 am and didint eat anything after that. You can look at my diary for ideas.
