  • If you're looking for something simple I like to grab a rotisserie chicken and a bag of microwave steam fresh veggies. Low calorie , simple , and yummy!
  • HMMM , I think its possible. I know for weight loss all you need is to burn more calories than you take in. I do not think its outside the realm of possibilities for there to be things we don't know or things we think we know but are actually incorrect.

  • I figured , Just curious if there was some truth in it. Like maybe people eating in a surplus who are pear shaped eat less refined carbs and apples just cant get enough sugar lol. I guess I was hoping since I am an apple and still have a huge gut 54lbs later. :neutral:
  • I eat about 1200 calories a day- will admit I don't measure my food with a scale but it has worked fine thus far.   • I'm 5'1 and started at 198lbs it took about 25-30 lbs before anyone mentioned it and then they wouldn't shut up about it. I know that gets on some peoples nerves but I LOVED it, guess I'm a little self absorbed lol.
  • I drink my coffee black these days , after the first week I have learned to enjoy it that way. Creamer/sugar are just a waste of calories. To me I might as well drink pop or juice at that point, if im drinking calories better believe they contain alcohol.
  • Being short definitely sucks for weight loss. I know that I can feel full on less calories than a tall person so I'm not upset with that at all.   • I TRY to do cardio a minimum of 30 minutes 3 times a week. I just hate excercise sooo much lol.

  • Yes, I've lost weight in my face, neck, legs, ankles, thighs, feet , arms , wrist ,breast pretty much anywhere but my mid section. I'm getting concerned I look weird with my legs and boobs shrinking and my stomach staying exactly the same.

  • Yes from march 7th to September 23. I actually got off track and didn't loose a single pound one month so it may be possible in 6 months

  • I always feel so lost in the weight room, I will have to look up some more info and give it a shot. I was exercising heavily in the beginning and missed a work out that turned into never working out agajn. Especially when I still lost weight. Anyway I will give it a shot I know body recomp can do alot. Thanks !
  • I am open to suggestions, maybe something to reduce bloating. Mostly looking to see what people my height weight and shape look like or what weight their stomach flattened out. Not looking to be attacked.
