I personally love sugar free fudge pops, they taste amazing and are 40 calories a piece. I have been known to eat 3 or 4 a night!

I'm still 30 lbs outside of a healthy weight range. Also I am moderately comfortable but I would love to be able to truly love my body one day.

I would recommend tons of water and a good night's sleep. It seems to me when I'm rested and hydrated that's when my losses happen. Could all be in my head but I would say just keep pushing through!

For ten lbs a month I am loosing 2.5 lbs a week just a mere .5 lbs over the recommended amount. Some of higher average is from my first week where I lost 7 lbs. Thanks for the concern but I am doing it healthy

I have been at 1200 since I started since I am 5'1 and have it set as sedentary and 2lbs a week. To actually loose 2lbs a week I would need to net between 800-900 calories daily :/

I still log everything I eat but haven't ever used a food scale so it's not super accurate. I'm considering buying a food scale since I'm sure a few hundred calories makes more of a difference now then 30 lbs ago. I feel like with 38 lbs to go 2 lbs a week is still an attainable goal no?

Yeah, I guess I just find it fascinating. I know some of the weightless is due to water weight , sodium ect. I'm almost 3 months in and I just don't see a consistent pattern. I guess I can't really wrap my mind around where it goes lol.

I weigh daily and I'm never higher than the day before. I might go from 169.8 to 170 but never a full pound. It is possible my scale is off but it lines up with my doctors so idk....

Hmm I'm wondering if maybe my scale doesn't register until it's a more significant difference. To me it seems like you would go down a few ounces at a time not just drop 3lbs never to return. Like where does it go overnight?

Thanks everyone 130 is at the top end of a healthy BMI for my height so I will stick with that and adjust of needed :)

Could you get one of those lunch bags with an ice pack? That's what I use, my job has a fridge but I like my food close by for snacking reasons

Well I don't know for sure that's why I leave a fee hundred calories wiggle room. I try to be as accurate as possible with everything but know as most people I will have human error

I was drinking a minimum of 64 oz of coke a day my entire life. When I decided to get healthy I quit cold turkey! Its been 60 days now and I don't even miss it.
