Yes! Same here. I absolutely loveee peppermint tea. Delicious and is great for sooo many things. Peppermint tea also can help curb your appetite because of the way it tastes and smells, from what Ive read on it. Also the green tea is great for energy and boosting your metabolism.:-)

Yes it tastes different. Your only supposed to drink the tea for 7 days. It works for me and I like it. Certain foods, like beef for example, can stay in your system for a few days. So all this tea does is help to pass food through your system quicker which is a good thing.

Lol yea it makes u "poop". But its beneficial cause its cleaning u out. Anything backed up and after drinkin this u sure won't be anymore.

Its especially hard when u have kids and they want certain foods and your there cooking it, smelling it and staring at it. So mad at myself.... its 390 calories per serving of that mess and I probably ate a good 4....... Ughhhhh did I really mess up this bad? Or am I being to crazy about this?

Yes instead now starting today I have been weighing my food instead of measuring them with my food scale. And im not gonna torture myself with the no meat no carbs scenerio. Just gonna keep exercising and being mindful of my food portions.

Yea but even tho my calorie intake is down to 1320 I never get up to that. Theres usually about 300 calories left over for the day that I dont even consume.

Yes I have been using this app to count my calories. I also have a food scale and I measure my food in measuring cups to make sure im not eating more than I should be for a serving.
