I think to myself, "Am I truly happy the way I am now. If not how can I change." But be realistic. I need to lose fifty pounds. I have a slow metabolism and thyroid issues. This isn't going to happen over night.

Yesterday was way off and over my calorie count. Today was good. If I keep it up it said I will lose,ten pounds mhm day in a month. Feeling optimistic and motivated.

Nights are so hard. Brush your teeth at eight. That helps me. Then when I want to snack it is more inconvenient.
