my daily calorie goal is 1900. and I won't typically 'eat back' any exercise calories I burn. [/quote] I have been eating 1400 calories lately as I'm not noticing a decrease in my milk supply. I usually do eat back my exercise calories at this point!

I'm in!! My first daughter is just over 9 months now and I still have a long way to go to be at my pre-pregnancy weight!
