Me: 17 LNS: 3 10/30 consecutive LNS days to go.

That is huge. (*) I think everyone has their own definition. For me, it's eating anything after I leave the dinner table. I can have dessert, but only right after dinner at the table. When I get those after dinner munchies, there is no stopping. And I seem to not be able to control it once I give in. So, for the time…

This could have been horribly tragic, but since it wasn't, I got a visual of what this must have looked like and I'm still still laughing. I can just picture the flummoxed look your neighbors must have had on their faces.

I did some whack-a-doodle stuff when I took Ambien; including sleep-eating. My best friend woke up one morning and found a six-pack of beer and two packs of cigarettes on the dining room table. She figured out later that she had driven to the store on Ambien. I won't take Ambien anymore. I'm not advising you to not take…

Me: 15 LNS: 3 8/30 days in a row to go.

At first, I was doing it with sheer grit. I have to say, though, that it is getting easier. Not easy...just easier. I'm hopeful.

Me: 14 LNS: 3 7/30

@MonicaSmith98 That's excellent. Identifying the pattern is the first step.

Hairdressers use it regularly to close the cuts that the acquire when their scissors snip the skin between their fingers while cutting hair. A mortician told me that he uses it to keep corpses eyes shut (< stupid trivia that I have in my head :\ ) I do not understand why people would think it's appropriate to bargain shop…

I know that this has been beaten to death, but...I have a balance disorder and held onto rails for safety. Other pet peeves: People who sound like they are having a painful bowel movement when lifting. People who don't put weights back. Too much cologne. The weird club-type music they play that is so loud I cannot hear…

I've been through this. You know what has to come next. I never thought that I would ever be attracted to a man again. But that didn't happen. Grab your best girlfriend, and go see a stand up comedy show. Throw yourself into as many projects as possible. Give yourself no time to think. Hit the gym. And then hit it again.…

I didn't know I could do this. I'll tinker with it and figure it out. Thanks!

Yes, definitely coach her. It is very important to give our children the words they need when faced with oppositional situations. They, especially shy children, don't usually have the words.

Me: 12 LNS: 3 5/30 days to go. Last night was hard. I finally just had to go to bed and leave messy kitchen. :D

@mz_getskinny, I don't think anyone took it that way. I know for me and for many people here, nighttime eating is a trigger. I cannot eat anything without eating everything. And carrot sticks don't do it for me at night. Or apples. Or anything reasonable. I haven't found a way to have control over it, yet, like you have.…

When someone said that to me (no for a long time), I smiled. I loved it. I am also 5'4" and weighed 125 lbs. I knew I wasn't underweight. It was a huge compliment. I can't hardly wait for day to come again.

Has your doctor checked thyroid levels? They must be low.

I'm a nighttime binger too. After failing, in a variety of ways, to control it, I finally decided that I had to change the habit. A longtime member here said it would take 30 days to break a habit. Now, I eat dinner a little later, brush my teeth, and complete my getting ready for bed routine. I eat nothing after I leave…

Really? Like in the community guidelines no-no? I wouldn't do it, but I like to read about other's experiences.

I remember learning in college, and I think it was in Anatomy & Physiology, that it takes at least one water molecule to transport a stored fat molecule to where it is needed. If you are under hydrated, your body will delegate the water to do something more vital. I took this class a very long time ago, so I'm a little…

Lovely.

Okay, either I'm hallucinating or there is a glitch. At any rate, it says public now.
-
It's only open to friends. What are micros? Vitamins/minerals? Is there a way to view that on MFP? MFP only gives one number for macro nutrients. It looks to me that you can be either over, under, or right on.
-
I agree, but that wasn't how I interpreted the OP. I'm not saying that he implied otherwise; it just seems more geared toward weight loss. So I would ask the question: What does IIFYM look like for you, collectively?
-
I know what IIFYM stands for, but how important is it to hit every macro daily? Isn't it most important to stay at a deficit? Not minimize the importance of a balanced diet, but as long as you are not going into maintenance or above, you should lose weight, right? I look at my macros on MFP. I don't worry about them too…

Is there a time of day that you binge? Mine is nighttime; The Never Ending Dinner. :D I had to learn some new routines. I'm getting better, but still struggle. Some days are easier than others.
-
Yes. I ordered it on Sunday (I think). It was shipped today. Until recently, there was a 4-6 month wait. OP, Soylent has a DIY page as well, so that you can make your own based on your individual needs. I may try making this one. I don't intend to use it full-time, but simplify breakfast and lunch, and then eat dinner with…
