How do I log my night out?
I under ate yesterday, by about 200 calories. I plan on only 500 calories today before dinner. I'm on 1200 per day, so between yesterday and today, that will give me an extra 900, which is more than enough. I don't know how to log it. Should I be eating exercise calories?
