Well, I have scoliosis and have upwards of a dozen surgeries under my belt, so working out is tricky. I've lost my 20 lbs, so to try and stay fit, I'm starting a lo- impact non aerobic body toning class using resistance bands, I also use a core ball at home and walking is always a good idea.

So far, I've only fluctuated by ounces, after the cheesecake I just ate..that may change tomorrow.

Remember " pounds before inches" if you're diligent you'll lose the pounds then your body will need to catch up, and you'll begin to notice the inches are melting away!
