:) I am new but I sure will try to cheer u on. I am am giving it my best. I stopped smoking gained weight now they say I am a diabetic. I am hoping if I can loss 50 pounds I will get off the meds.

I also just joined 4 days ago. I stopped smoking 2 years ago and gained a lot of weight and then became a diabetic. So got to loose the weight to get healthy again.

WVa here. Yes one of those country girls but don't believe what you hear or see on TV about us. I really am not sure where they find the people they put on TV and say from WVa. Oh but Wrong Turn and Silence of The Lamb. Two good movies! So come to WVa sometime. It's beautiful place to visit. >:)
