  • @Leebett, I usually have a good idea what I want to eat the day before😂. I slacked the week before but poured it on late this week. I hit a new low milestone of 221.6 lbs. My goal is to get to 200 lbs before December 17,2019. Need to average 2lbs a week to get close.
