So you can maintain your current weight at worst you’d fluctuate by 2lb, in a perfect world you’d have your calories on point, but some people have busy lives with friends,family, work and other commitments and don’t get the time to analyse their caloric intake with a fine tooth comb, if you do I doth my cap to you sir…

I’m looking to be about 12% body fat, I lift weights in the gym and have done so for about 3 years I have lots of muscle mass underneath the fat and just want to see it
