This is actually a great idea! I never thought to do that. I go crazy when I have cheat days and feel horrible while doing it and days after...mentally & physically. Maybe I won't feel so bad if I eat the maintaining goal :)

I understand how you feel because I also love sweets. I found that eating peanut butter in the morning with my breakfast helps me stay fuller throughout the day and helps my cravings a little bit. I just eat about 2 table spoons worth!

The meal plans are a good idea! I'll have to consider it. I just don't have a lot of time to prepare meals because I work and go to college. Thank you!
