I wear the same trainers, the only thing I can think is it's either where I walk outside, the road is a little steep or its the pace that I'm going at. A few months ago I was doing upto 30 mins on a treadmill and was ok with it. It's so annoying because I want to walk for my cardio until I lose a decent amount.

I've been using ultra boost trainers for 2 years and theyre still in good condition, but the insoles are completly gone. I've always had pain in my feet when I walk for some time or at a pace. I read up about people having different feet and having the right footwear accordinly. I'm so confused as to what insoles I need…
