Thank you for the advice! Before I was always just kind of winging it. My brother and I worked out almost everyday but I just did what he did most of the time. Lol kind of dumb looking back on it since we definitely have a different body type. Lol! I will definitely look into resistance programs! Thank you!

So, update...now weighing in at 143.8 which means a have a little under 2lbs to lose before new year's!

So this week I was not as successful in losing, weighing in at 149.3 lbs. Not going to be down about it, because I know it is a journey and that atleast I maintained the loss so far.

don´t underestimate the EGGPLANT!!! if you cut it in slices, spinkle with salt, pepper, drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle just a tiny pit of shredded italian cheese (very little, not overload) and bake it at 400F for 20-25 mins. It is so amazing. You can do the same thing with the squash family, zucchini. Asparagas is good…
