It's all about your diet. What are you doing differently lately? Do you have any high sodium foods lately? Comb through your diaries and think about what changes you can make to be at a deficit and especially be under in the sodium Levels.

Lack of planning will kill your diet! This weekend meal plan your butt off and make sure to stock both your kitchen and desk drawer with healthy snacks so you're not caught going 5+ hours hungry. Then you get ravenous and make bad choices. If you have the good food within reach, you'll be able to help yourself stay on…

Have a great time and don't let it spoil your fun! You can always ask the waiter to box 1/2 to take home later. OR just go nuts for the special occasion and get back on track Monday. Possible but more realistic is 4-6. Cut out dairy, breads, high sodium and try eating 5-6 small meals a day 200-250 calories each. Lots of water and walk as much as possible

Nothing - eat dinner before and smuggle in some of your own healthy snacks and a bottled water in your purse!

Hmm It's x rated what my favorite is so I will just share that I like to walk and watch my netflix shows. The time passes so quickly and walking is not as shocking on my ankle as running.

I pre-logged all my meals last night in order to help mentally prepare since I just dropped down from 1340 to 1200 calories a day.

Amazing!!! Very similar to my situation. I know how much hard work and dedication that takes. You should be really proud of yourself!!!

Yes! Carbs make you feel lethargic. Try to cut the bread/pasta carbs in half or altogether got a week and see how you feel. Of course, increase your lean proteins and veggies too!

I clip mine on the center of my bra most days - totally hidden. Rest of the time clip to my hip or keep in my pocket.
