I have 36.5 pounds to lose to meet my goal. I do Jazzercise about 5 days per week, and have a Fitbit. I'm 51- and recently divorced. Would love to find someone with a similar goal to provide mutual encouragement and support.

    I'm 47, happily married and proud pet parent. I want to lose three pounds of fat and gain three pounds muscle. I'm trying to look as good as I can and it isn't easy like it was in my 20's. Yuck. LOL. (I'm working on self-esteem issues too.) I'm looking for a nice support group to get healthy in mind, body and spirit. Any one who is interested can send a friends request.
