I plateaued for a moment also..I found changing my diet again helped ..changing your exercise routines can help too :smile:

I'm on a similar diet plan to you ..it's not easy especially if people around you are eating food you use to love but when you see the change in yourself it's so worth it...keep up the good work :smiley:

I loved my trip to Rarotonga it's relaxing but you also learn so much from their culture
