Hello,

My name is Israel, I've been doing weight training and cardio as well as keeping a healthy diet (with the exception of a cheat meal once a week) for about two months now. I'm happy to report that I'm seeing some positive changes. I've maintained a caloric deficit of about 500 calories from my maintenance needs. Eating healthy with a high protein diet has allowed me to see some changes in fat percentage while keeping the hard earned lean mass. I'm super exited to make a life style. Looking for friends to help motivate me and visa versa. Good luck to all!! :)
