I eat pretty much the same things everyday.. Workout 30-50mins a day.. I guess I'm not pushing my self.. I only run most of the times or do 45min HIIT workouts.. I've stayed at 133 for the longest time.. I just feel like giving up

800 left!! I added in my exercise and it increased it!! But I don't do so good with eating my calories back.. It makes me think I won't loose any weight...
