Today started out great.. Went for 11.4mile bike ride than ran 4.85 miles! Later I learned that I wasn't logging my food correctly, I went a bought a food scale but don't know how to log it! I got so upset and ate A BUNCH OF FAT FOOD!!

Weigh food and look for entries that use grams or oz for measurement. If you can't find one for packaged item then etiher make your own private entry in grams/oz or do the math (e.g. if your cereal lists 30g but you take 24g, then that's 0.8 for the serving; or if you take 42g then that's 1.4 servings).
Just get back to logging as best you can tomorrow.0 -

You can do this.0 -
If it's going to get you that upset, I wouldn't mess with weighing the food. Oh wait...I don't weigh food anyway.0

Define "FAT FOOD".
Justify your answer: why do you think FAT FOOD is a problem.

So if you get a flat tire on your car, do you get out and slash the three good ones? Of course not - so why do essentially the same thing with eating?
By the way, I eat cookies, fried chicken, Taco Bell, crackers, sweets, etc all the time. Sometimes I go over. I did yesterday, and am again today. This does NOT undo progress or make me a failure - tomorrow's a new day and I'll do better, no big deal.
Good on ya for getting a food scale - it's a great tool and very helpful in being more accurate with logging food - even when you go over.0 -
