Healthy fats, higher fiber, and leafy greens! Things like--- coconut oil, Olive oil, chia, flax, spinach, kale, apples, avocado, LOTS of WATER and plenty of movement!

Agreed.. Working out = eating more. You may not have enough fuel to get through the day. Leafy greens are a must like Spinach and Kale! Also avocado is a great source of healthy fat! I've hit a plateau recently and have been retaining water... I've actually increased my water intake (plus watching my salt/sodium intake) and have noticed that the more water I drink, the more I flush out. It has helped the scale to move down again! It sounds silly to think drinking more water can help alleviate water…
