    Papaya, fiber one original, pineapple, fat (butter,olive oil), , espresso.

    Healthy fats, higher fiber, and leafy greens!
    Things like--- coconut oil, Olive oil, chia, flax, spinach, kale, apples, avocado, LOTS of WATER and plenty of movement!

    Apple cider vinegar (raw - with the mother), about 2 tbsp. diluted in a cup of water. Add some stevia if you don't like it too tart. Drink with straw and/or rinse your mouth afterwards so the acid doesn't stay on your teeth.
