  • It’s not routine to weigh on all scales. I have one I use routinely, not the fit track. My husband has also used it to help keep his weigh in check due to diabetes, it’s off 16 lbs for him. My question was more about if it’s something normal for that brand. I have friends who have it and that’s why I got it, mind you it’s…
  • Thank you all for the great advice! All stuff that is super helpful! Definitely able to put all this to use. I appreciate honestly and directness so thank you! I prob don’t track properly, I def don’t measure properly! I do eat the right types of food for sure, but honestly more than a serving for sure.
  • LOL Same person, smaller physically but same amount of large Sass 🤣
  • Thank you everyone! I lost a total of 142 lbs. then balanced out and put on about 18 and that’s where I’ve stayed for 3 years.
  • It took me about a year roughly. I strictly did low carb, no more than 20 a day for almost 3 years. Then once I hit my target weight i started running and working out.
  • Thanks everyone! I’m pretty proud! In total I ended up losing 135 lbs. there’s been about a 25 lbs gain to balance out and been at that weight for over a year. I do run and workout a lot as well. :)
