Well from the beginning my goal was to run 1.5 miles under 12 minutes and now that I can actually run that I can lie to myself that if I just run that It would be enough to justify slacking off, but after I run that my body is just too warmed up to stop.

I have a question, how much running is too much running in the beginning, I just started running since Monday started doing 3.2 miles, but got to 4 miles today, the weird thing is I still have energy and my legs are not really sore. Should add more to my routine or should I try doing something extra?
