I only like ground beef for burgers. Otherwise, I use ground turkey because it's cheaper and I prefer it. Like everyone else said, season - mix with seasonings to make Italian or breakfast sausage patties, season when putting into a sauce, stew or curry, season when stuffing peppers.

I cook soup, stew, chili, curry, meatloaf muffins, meatballs, stuffed peppers, etc and freeze in portions that I can grab and go for lunch.

What helped for me was not drinking alcohol and not smoking. Those two cut my blood pressure from hypertensive to consistently low. Sodium/diet made little to no difference.

Y'all aren't getting crazy contractions when you exercise heavily? Even when I lift my laundry basket and carry it from the basement to upstairs, I'm contracting to the point where I cant stand straight. Damn!
