LOVE THIS!! I walk my puppy every morning for about 20-30 minutes. I even love the crisp, cold air! SO PEACEFUL at 7am..... Then I have been hopping on treadmill for some additional exercise but I worry her little paws are gonna be frozen if I walk farther with her.....

I am probably one of the few that LOVE MONDAYS! HA! After dealing with my 4 minions and hubby all weekend, I'm ready for PEACE AND QUIET once they all leave for work & school! I LOVE MONDAYS!!!!! :noway: :laugh: :blushing:

I had a SUPER SATURDAY! Cleaning and also taking down decorations. LOTS OF CLEANING plus 2, 20 minute walks plus a 5 minute jog! I'm near 600 calories burned for the day!!!! YEA ME! I see lots of others being active and having a SUPER SATURDAY as well!

My weigh in day is Tuesday as well but I know others pick other days for various reasons. I don't want to make this too complicated.... Everyone knows how much they've lost or gained each week.... I did 20 minutes of step aerobics plus a 5 minute march in place kinda warm up and a 10 minute marching, step in place and stretching cool down!

Friday night is pizza night in our house. I'm actually making pepperoni balls for family and a mini pizza, well probably 2, on sandwich thins for myself! Same here, lots of cleaning to do! I keep a TALL glass filled by the kitchen sink so whenever I'm in the kitchen, I drink! :-) I'm actually the type that has to remind myself NOT to drink after 8pm or I'm up half the night peeing.... :P Have you tried Crystal Lights? I drink them in moderation.

Day 3 complete for me. 30 minutes on treadmill including 1 minute jogs, 3 times. I'm adding in a 1 minute jogs everyday until I'm back up to 5 miles! FEELS AWESOME!!!! Also weight lifted shoulders....

30 min walk including 2 min jog. Slowly gonna add in more jogging..... Did 15 squats, 15 fire hydrants, 15 donkey kicks and 15 crunches..... Slowly adding in weights as well..... Slow and steady wins the race! :bigsmile: Jodie
