A fitbit is a pedometer that you wear all day and it syncs with MFP and adjusts your calories on here based on how active you were. Fitbit uses same technology as Wii remote to fairly accurate. I think you are going about it the right way! Sugar is like a drug and we do need to detox! Lol. Maybe add in some sugar free jello or pudding. I find that SLOWLY sucking on a Hershey Kiss is an AWESOME treat for 22 calories each kiss.... I usually have 5 a day so sweet treats throughout the day for only 100 calories!…

I have found that a higher protein meal keeps me fuller, longer. Eggs REALLY fill me up! 6 oz of chicken is VERY filling as well! Yes, veggies too (raw carrots for me) and drink TONS OF WATER. Hot tea helps keep hunger a bay...... Those are my tips. Hope they help! Oh... Chew gum! Sugar free of course.

I actually have Dr appt this Friday. I had bloodwork done last week. Just normal check up stuff...... I'm a little sore this eve after 2 days of LOTS OF WALKING!
