I thought my aches and pains were 1. age - being late 40s and 2. lack of exercise. When I started searching I couldn't believe it. I am learning the difference in carbs and sticking to complex carbs…

I am a huge fan of avocado. I have a juicer and smoothie maker - sometimes I juice then add the juice to a smoothie maker and include things like avocado. I used to include bananas (sometimes two!) - can't believe how many carbs are in one small (27 I believe). Thanks for the oil tip though - will buy some flax seed oil…

I have lost 50lbs this past year without much exercise and now looking to use exercise plus food to lose another 70lbs.
