Thank guys for all the info! Really helpful~ I will take into account all your suggestions. The disc is healed and out of PT for months now. I just signed up with a trainer today to help out with this for proper movement to prevent re-injury and he gong to work on body imbalances. Thanks again for all your help! oxo

Yes I eat meat and dairy and eggs. But organic. Someone just mentioned in another post to try the brand "raw fusion" it is dairy and soy free and artificial sweetener free. Thank you for your input!
