Hey guys, what are the best protien products /bars/shakes/snack...that does not contain any SOY! I recently found out I am soy sensitive and cannot eat any soy, any longer. Bummer! Does anyone have any good whey or other proteins products (preferred organic) you know of without any artificial sweeteners in them? Thank so much for your input!

Yes I eat meat and dairy and eggs. But organic. Someone just mentioned in another post to try the brand "raw fusion" it is dairy and soy free and artificial sweetener free. Thank you for your input!

I buy the Jay Robb at Vitamin Shoppe and the Orgain at Wegmans (local grocery). I avoid soy for other reasons, but there are also others I am sure but I am fussy about my ingredients due to other sensitivities. Good luck! I have often said my next food issue will be soy as I was on soy as a baby and its everywhere!

Oh, I forgot to mention I flavor the plain Jay Robb myself, I use vanilla ad stevia, only a little I like it only slightly sweet. His flavors are VERY sweet.

I use VegaOne products. Paleomeal and Rawmeal (Garden of Life, Wholefoods market) are also high protein/no soy.

Truenutrition sells custom protein powder mixes, so you can control the protein they use as well as the sweetener options. I'm not sure whether they offer natural sugar, but you can always buy plain whey or egg protein and add sugar/flavoring yourself.

Protein powders - Rawmeal by Garden of Life and Lifetime Life Basics are two that I use that are soy, gluten and whey free. The Life Basics is unsweetened, but I usually add fruit to a smoothie so don't need extra sweetener.

Still looking for a good protein or granola bar that is both gluten and soy free (I avoid both). I love Kind Bars, but they all contain soy lecithin. I'm going to try making my own. If anyone has a good recipe, please share!!
