Hey everyone... I´m doing well... eating healthy but some carbs...can´t live without them lol i´m back to exercising after the weekend off. tonight i do my routine and some cardio. lost 1 lb so far since my last weigh in. slowly but surely!

Are you breastfeeding? when I had my daughter I was able to lose 31lbs but then gained 12 back and stayed there for 5 months... your body goes into survival mode. hope this helps.

Thanks everyone! I am ordering a scale on amazon as i type... i Can´t wait to lose this weight. i have a goal of 9 months... by 25 June 2016 because it´s my bff´s wedding! i need to be as close to 145-150 as possible! any ideas or suggestions are welcome. my diary is public so please take a look. thanks everyone!!!

i know nothing of the weight loss journey but what about cardio, a HIIT regimine?? i read that it´s more effective after a weight lifting session. i should try it too lol

just ate a yogurt with blueberries and granola and it was AMAZING! vanilla yogurt though... can´t do plain yet :( oh and my coffee!!

Thanks everyone!!! I have been using MFP and it´s helped. I haven´t been measuring or weighing cause i just don´t have the time and honestly... i just don´t want to have to. I have been using a smaller plate, eating more unprocessed foods and fruits. I was eating bread for breakfast (toast with butter), the only real carb…

Congrats from Colonia, NJ!! I remember that when I was planning my wedding I actually put weight on due to the stress. I am sure with all the tips and information on here you´ll do just fine!
