Yes of course. I followed my calorie intake very closely. Worked out roughly 5 times per week and did an hour on the treadmill and some light lifting. Every workout. I ate a lot of tilapia and vegetables. Rarely cheated but didn't ignore cravings as I'd eat a chocolate or piece of pizza here and there. Religiously drank 8 oz of water 8 times a day. The most important thing is just to keep the right mindset! Always believe in yourself and you're 80% of the way there!! I'll add you so we can keep up to date!0 -

Yes no problem I started at 174 lbs and weigh 134 today the last picture I was 133lbs and the most fit I've ever been!0 -
