I stay within a 1000 calorie deficit to lose 2 pounds a week. Meaning, if I burn 3200 calories (according to my Fitbit Charge HR), then I will allow myself up to 2200 calories. I rarely eat them all, but that's my goal.

I just got the Fitbit Charge HR Saturday and I LOVE it!! It definitely motivates me to get up and move! I just can't stand the thought of not reaching my goals, so I keep going until I reach them!
