Hot yoga is awesome! I did it my whole pregnancy and before/after. Feels amazing and builds more strength ( I feel) since your struggling more to hold positions

I'm obsessed with my hot yoga studio. Ours is a 90 minute class. So it's more focused on holding poses for long periods of time then repeating. 26 postures.
